I understand that my use of the STEPZ PROGRAM materials, information and website are conditioned upon and subject to my acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Waiver and Release. The contents of the STEPZ PROGRAM materials and website, including, the text, graphics, images, information and all other materials displayed or contained in the materials or on this website, are for informational purposes only, and are not intended to be used, relied upon, or substituted for the advice, diagnosis or treatment of a medical doctor or other health care professional. In addition, any information offered is ONLY general health information and not “advice” given to me about my specific health condition.
