The STEPZ Program

STEPZ is a walking program developed by the Foundation for a Healthy Community in partnership with Foote Health System. The STEPZ program is designed to help people to increase their exercise on a regular basis. Taking part in a walking program can help you improve health, manage weight, reduce stress, and much more.

Here are a few more reasons to join a walking program:

The STEPZ program has been developed for adults, youth, seniors, and those with chronic disease. These programs have been approved by area physicians.

STEPZ Pedometers

Wearing a pedometer (a tool that records how many steps you take in a day) is a great way to track your progress. It’s Your Life pedometers are for sale for $4.00 from the Foundation for a Healthy Community, Foote Wellness Center, Diabetes Center, and Cardiac Rehabilitation.
